With the advent of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code in 2016, our country entered the era of time-bound resolution of insolvency of companies, partnership firms, and individuals. This opened up doors for the financial as well as operational creditors to approach the Tribunals to seek resolution of their claims in a systematic manner.
