Sindhu has over 25 years of specialized practice in litigation and dispute resolution, covering domestic arbitration and complex commercial disputes. She has a proven track record of representing clients across industries including real estate, construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, energy, finance, media and entertainment, IPR and data protection. Her practice covers a blend of strategic case planning, sharp advocacy and thorough preparation. She and her team has handled institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, enforcement of arbitral awards, and contractual disputes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and enforceable outcomes for clients.
She wears many hats from serving as an external member of POSH committees, acting as Independent Director to listed and unlisted companies to advising startups and legacy brands.
